Can I change any card to use it for a different occasion?
If the card you are viewing does not have a specific cutout title or embossed message you certainly can. Examples of cards which are not suited would be Christmas cards which contain very specific Christmas designs or those which feature cut and raised messages or embossed backgrounds.
Do you include a copy of the invoice or picking slip with the items I buy?
NO - We don't think most people want to get a lovely gift or card along with an invoice...
You get the order details emailed and sms'd to you depending on your contact options but your recipient will only receive the card/gift you have sent

Can I send cards to different addresses in the same order?
You will need to place a separate order for each different address, but you can send multiple cards to the same address in one order.
Why are your card costs so varied?
You pay for what you get - our card prices are calculated on materials and time - so if a card is fairly simple with standard heavy weight card stock it will be much cheaper than a hand detailed, stamped cut card on specialty heavy weight card stock
Why is my online product slow to load?
A lot of things are happening behind the scenes to allow you to create your card, the more choices, the longer it takes... Your network connection and your device will also affect the loading time
Can I save my cart or create a wishlist that is accessible on other devices?
You have to create an account and be logged on in order to save your cart. In the top right hand of the Angelic Thoughts web site you will see a User Icon next to the Shopping Icon. Here you can Login or create a New User Account.
Can I ask for something to be changed?
Certainly - ask away - we aim to please - contact us
Can I delay the delivery of my order? (Consider a Do Not Open Until note - this way you can be confident they have it and they know not to open it)
You can - just specify when you would like your item posted and we will hold it for shipping on that date. Add your request in the Add a note to your order field at the bottom of the cart page before proceeding to checkout
